3 Week Project Requirements
Overview
The objective of this project is to identify and improve your secondary skill identified at the beginning of the semester. This is an individual project and is different than the 18-days of something project. For this assignment, you will identify one visual communication project and work on it for 3 weeks. You will report on the progress of this project and finally put together a final portfolio piece to be submitted at the end of the allotted time. This will be graded on meeting the minimum expectations (see below) and the quality of the visual communication.

Minimum Expectations
The project must be ...
- approved by your instructor.
- visual in nature
- cannot be "fine art"
- must communicate a message
- One main project worked on for 18 days
- A Daily report submitted accounting for work being done
- A final, well thought, well designed, portfolio piece
What is Due
Overview
Back at the begging of the semester, you worked on identifying your primary and secondary skills and an industry/career to work in. Just like in the 18-Days of something project you will take your secondary skill and come up with a single project you’ll work on for 3 weeks straight. This week you will generate 15 project ideas which showcase your secondary skill.
Instructions
Follow the steps to finish the assignment:
- Create a document which includes the following:
- Your full name
- Semester
- What your primary and secondary skills are
- A list of 15 ideas relevant to your secondary skill and industry you’d like to enter
- A description of your top idea which also includes an explanation of why the project is relevant to the you
- Save the list of 15 ideas as a PDF
- Submit the PDF to this assignment
