T Shaped Student Assignment

Overview

Through your college career, you’ve been in different classes learning different skills. Chances are, you’ve focused on a few skills and you’ve gained a base knowledge with other skills. Every person is different and this is a good thing. Employers look for different combinations of skills based on their industry and their needs.

To help you identify your personal brand, it is a good idea to start looking at what skills you’ve learned, which skills have been developed more than others, and how you can bring value. For this assignment, you will build your own t shaped diagram. To help you better understand what this means, read the article below and follow the examples they’ve provided.
